Love how Alandur is well connected to all major city spots. The bus and train access is a big plus. Still, parking is a daily struggle.

The Alandur market is always buzzing, which makes grocery shopping super easy. But with that comes traffic and honking which is not ideal for quiet evenings.

Great place to rent if you work in Guindy or Saidapet. It’s nearby and saves time. The downside is the narrow streets in older pockets.

What stands out for me is the mix of budget-friendly and slightly premium housing options. That said, the water supply gets tricky during summers.

There’s something comforting about living in a place where everything is just five minutes away. The roads, though, could use a little more maintenance.

Alandur is a multilevel hub for Metro stations intersecting blue and green lines. So Alandur is connected to many areas of chennai through Alandur metro. Also the bus commuters have access to all over city. This location is best for IT professionals and Aviation worker who can get PG or house for rent.
