I bought here for long-term investment. Development is steady, but slower than expected. Rental demand is moderate but I am waiting for metro completion to truly assess the growth.

I stayed in this locality for a week and found it to be a nice area with decent amenities,. But, this area is slightly away from central entertainment hubs and hence is ideal only if you prefer calm over activity.

I have been renting in Baner Gaon for over a year. Peaceful locality, clean surroundings, and close to my IT office in Hinjewadi. Groceries and essentials are within walking distance.

We bought a property here in 2017 and it has doubled in value now. New projects and infrastructure make Baner Gaon a solid micro-market so we are happy to have invested here

Bought a flat here in 2020. Area is developing slowly. No regrets, but expected better connectivity and quicker infrastructure improvements.

I am staying here for six months now. It is a decent area as per the price but having a personal vehicle is a must. Public transport is limited unless you live closer to the main road.
