Bhayandar at the northern part of Mumbai, also known by the name Mira-Bhayandar. It is a rapidly developing area near Vasai Creek and Naigaon. Bhayandar and Vasai were ruled by the Portuguese, while Thana and Sapora were the first works of Rome in North Konkan, becoming an international commercial center in the 13th century.
