I inherited a house here. It’s well-connected but too congested for family living now. Considering converting it into a rental unit.

I stay here for work—rents are affordable, and everything is nearby. But parking is a huge problem, especially in the evenings.

I rented a 1RK here last year. Cheap and functional, but buildings are old and sometimes lack proper ventilation and sunlight.

Great for low-entry commercial investments. Rented out my unit to a mobile shop within a week. Cleanliness could be better.

Our family home is here for decades. Despite old infrastructure, the location makes up for it. Daily essentials are always within reach.

Stayed here during college—close to everything and pocket-friendly. But I wouldn’t recommend this locality to families due to noise and lack of open spaces.
