The best part about Dighe is the railway connectivity. I take the local from Dighe to Kurla every day. The locality is peaceful and rents are still in budget. No big gyms or entertainment options yet. The area is definitely good for working people.

I own two flats in Dighe and usually get tenants easily. Most are office-going people or small families. It is still a developing area, so do not expect fancy infrastructure. Roads are improving, and water supply is regular now. I hope municipality works faster in the next few years.

The rent is much cheaper in DIghe. It is a decent place, mostly residential. Streetlights and roads could be better. Groceries are nearby, and there’s a nice temple close to my flat.

Three years back, when I bought a property, it was much cheaper. Due to the rail access, I feel the price is appreciating. Rental income is stable. It is a safe place. The rental demand is mostly among small families and bachelors.

It is a peaceful locality, and that’s why we chose to settle here. The commute is manageable. Shops, clinics, and even a decent park are nearby. During monsoon, waterlogging happens a bit, but not major.
