A very busy locality and always crowded and full of noise. Not for residential living but you can consider this if you want to live close to iconic spots like marine drive and major business hubs

Residential demand is very low and largely in older buildings. it has a great commercial value if invested. Price appreciation is solid and the connectivity to CST station is a plus

I have leased my property here and the its definitely value for money. Low risk of vacancy because of constant development.

Love this area because its close to Marine Drive, my fav spot. I can bear with the crowds and congestion as its worth all the conveniences too. markets, museums, cafes, malls are close
