Living here is very convenient for me. I work at Tech Mahindra, and it is very close. The rents are affordable compared to Hitec City. It’s a peaceful area.

I invested in a villa plot here a few years ago. It is near the ORR. Numerous IT parks and educational institutions are being developed. The property values are appreciating rapidly.

We built our house here when it was just a village. We have seen it transform into this bustling hub. We love the peace and the greenery.

The area is developing, but the basic civic amenities are lagging behind. The roads are often dusty due to construction. The authorities need to focus on improving the infrastructure. We have to travel a bit for good schools and large supermarkets.

Gandi Masiamma is on the outskirts of the main city. It's a quiet and green place to live. However, it feels a bit disconnected, and you need to travel for entertainment and shopping options.
