I bought a 2BHK here and was able to rent it out within a few weeks. as per my understanding, This was probalty becuase of schools and other amenties here.

The area is close to my office in Sarjapur and the rent here is affordable. The only issue here is the lack of public transport thus making it hard to move aroud if you dont have a vehicle.

Our house is pretty close to the Vagdevi Vilas school and my son goes there. The only problem that I face is the lack of public transport.

Though this area is calm and quite but duing peak hours its a mess. Besides this, there are quiite a lot of other issues as well such as being close to hospitals, narrow roads, etc.

The area has friendly residents, tree cover, and new layouts. Public commuting is weak, but for families with cars or bikes, it’s a peaceful living option.
