Jakkur is developing fast. You’ll find good schools and clinics nearby. But traffic on the main road can be frustrating during office hours.

Jakkur has become popular among IT folks. I bought a 2BHK last year. Rents are good, especially near Manyata Tech Park. Location is ideal, but the traffic during office hours is a headache.

I have been living in Jakkur for nearly 9 years now. The area is peaceful and not very crowded. It’s close to Hebbal, and the airport road is nearby. But traffic can get heavy in peak hours.

This place is ideal for young couples or families. It’s got parks, kids' play areas, and the vibe is friendly. Local transport is okay.

Shifted here 3 months ago. The Jakkur Lake area is lovely for evening walks and relaxation. The neighborhood feels safe and has a mix of families and working professionals. But during monsoons, some lanes get waterlogged.

We bought a flat in Jakkur last year. Roads are wide, and it’s developing fast. There are supermarkets and good schools around. The metro is still far though, and cab fares are high sometimes.

Outskirts and peaceful, but underdeveloped yet hard to find reasonable renting space

There are lots of Malls like Elements Mall, Esteem Mall are closer to this area. With decent living in this area and lots of things to do in this area.

Jakkur offers a calm and pleasant experience for visitors, especially those looking to escape the crowd of central Bangalore.
