Kadappakkam Reviews and Ratings (9 Reviews)
I moved to Kadapakkam for its affordability. The rent is way lower than nearby places like Sholinganallur, but commuting daily to the IT corridor can be tiring due to traffic and limited bus options
The main issue is that it still feels slightly disconnected . We usually rely heavily on our two-wheeler or car for basic errands. Roads are not well-built and feel congested.
There are enough grocery shops and local eateries around Kadapakkam. But if you want malls or big brand stores, you’ll have to go to Thoraipakkam or Perumbakkam
The area is peaceful and has a semi-rural charm, but it still lacks proper street lighting and frequent water supply issues during summer. It's barely manageable.
This area suits investors looking beyond immediate returns. As infrastructure improves nearby, the residential appeal of Kadappakkam continues to strengthen.
The surroundings are open and calm, which is refreshing. Daily essentials require a short travel, but the peaceful atmosphere makes living here relaxing.
Kadappakkam benefits from open land and future growth potential. It may take time, but the area shows steady progress.
This place suits families who prefer calm surroundings. Schools and hospitals need travel, but daily life feels less stressful because of the slower pace.
We bought a plot in Kadapakkam ten years ago when it was just developing. Now, with more layout approvals and houses coming up, the area feels more residential and connected
