Kattigenahalli Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Been living here for 8 months. Peaceful, affordable, and close to airport. But not many eateries or shopping spots yet. Feels safe though, especially for families.
Kattigenahalli still feels semi-rural, but I like that as trees, breeze and space are rare in Bangalore now. Not for those needing fast access to city center though.
The flat is good, and I like the greenery. Just wish we had more delivery options and a better grocery store nearby. Roads are decent.
I bought a plot here 6 years ago. Prices have gone up steadily, not dramatically. Proximity to airport is the biggest plus. Patience will pay off.
Kattigenahalli is close to my office near Yelahanka. Everyday travel is easy with BMTC buses from Bagalur Cross. The area has a student crowd because of Reva University.
Kattigenahalli feels active late into the evening. Roads around Kattigenahalli Lake are calm for walks. Sometimes the water supply gets slow in some pockets.
Rentals are decent and consistent as mainly students or airport staff stay here. Water supply is reliable but the area needs a few cafes and a proper clinic.
