Living in Kaushambi gives me excellent connectivity via the metro station, making commutes easy. However, traffic congestion during peak hours can be challenging. You also get affordable rental options easily here.

Been living in Kaushambi for a decade and it has been rewarding due to its strategic location near Anand Vihar, enhancing connectivity. Yet, the area's cleanliness could be improved because some lanes are smelly.

Kaushambi's accessibility to major transit hubs like the Anand Vihar Railway Terminal and metro station makes it a promising investment. But I also feel the the area can have better social and retail infrastructure

Visiting Kaushambi, I appreciated the easy access to Delhi through the metro. The area offers various amenities, but the area lacks open and green spaces which can make it feel stuffy.

I have found waterlogging issues concerning during monsoon here. Besides that, the rent is affordable, and there are many recreational spots nearby like PVR, fine dine restaurents, cafes, parks, etc. I like the overall vibe

I live in Kaushambi and find it very convenient. Kaushambi Metro Station is close, so travelling to Noida and Delhi is easy. I often visit Pacific Mall for shopping and food.

Kaushambi has good societies, and the security feels strong. Roads are busy but well maintained. Rent feels fair for the connectivity and facilities I get here.
