I have been living here for about 6 months, and it’s been great so far. The metro station is just a 10-minute walk from my flat, which makes commuting to work in North Delhi easy. Roads are wide and in good condition, though a bit of traffic near the markets can slow things down. There are plenty of parks around for evening walks.

Sector 8 is peaceful, with well-maintained parks and decent roads. It’s not too crowded like other parts of Delhi, and it’s safe. Cleanliness in the area has improved, though some streets still need attention. It’s a family-friendly place with good schools and hospitals nearby.

Sector 8 is in a great location with metro access and strong rental demand. Rental demand has been steady, especially for working professionals and families. The area has good infrastructure, roads are wide, and parks are clean. Schools and healthcare facilities are close by. Prices have been gradually appreciating, and I expect further growth in the next 2–3 years.

I must say the neighbourhood is steadily improving. The roads are well-maintained, and I never worry about safety, there’s enough patrolling at night. The metro station is nearby. Grocery markets are convenient. Cleanliness is generally good, but there’s room for improvement.

I recently moved here. Sector 8 is well-connected by both metro and buses, so commuting is hassle-free. The local roads are generally smooth, but I’ve faced some slow traffic during peak hours.

Sector 8 Rohini feels green and nice to live in. there is a popular Hanuman Mandir Park here which is my usual weekend spot. The pollution has increased lately but still I find it homely and comforting

Living here is convenient for me. My college is nearby and its relatively more peaceful than many key areas in delhi. But you wont get fancy cafes or brewaries here. Nightlife is minimal. its a simple residential area

Public transport is good in sector 8 Rohini. The area is family oriented mostly but college students live here too. There's usual crowd around the ganesh paramedical college and I like the buzz. I just wish there were more shopping malls in the area. Also the road conditions are not upto grade

Sector 8 is steady and reliable. Theres no quick jumps but the rental market has been solid because of connectivity and growing social amenities. Its low risk

Sector 8 is more peaceful and I have felt safe living here for almost 3 years now. Many families live here and the area is also green. another thing I like is the affordable rent.
