As a property owner, I’ve seen a significant rise in property value in Saket, due to the area’s excellent connectivity and growing development. It’s well-connected to all parts of Delhi, through metro and other means if transport.

We are happy living here. Sarita Vihar is peaceful with clean roads and parks. Metro access makes commuting easy for which tenant demand is also high here

I love how secure my society is! Gated communities with security guards make it great for families like mine.

Great Locality. Sarita Vihar’s location between Noida, Faridabad, and South Delhi ensures steady demand, making it a smart investment for the long run.

I did not like living here. The area lacks nightlife options. Most shops close early, and entertainment options are limited compared to areas like Hauz Khas.

I bought my flat years ago, and I’m happy with the peaceful environment and low pollution levels here.

I am living here for two years and admit that connectivity is good yet getting cabs and olas at night especially is very hard.

I have lived here on rent for 3 years. The main issue is the waterlogging and rush hour traffic. What I like is the quick access to local markets and emergency clinics

The locality gives good balance of price and convenience. Properties are reasonable and social infrastrructure is good. The only headache I have faced is parking issues in some blocks

Properties here have good ROI potential due to improving infrastructure. Rental yield is also decent as compared to Central Delhi. As the urbanisation grows and new supply comes, it may affect the short term gains

I feel safe here and there are good eating options nearby. But the air quality is deteriorating and waste disposals are irregular in some blocks which affect the environment

The apartments here are well maintained and the rent is quite fine but most landlords charge heavy maintainence fees but cleanliness is a recurring issue
