Sector 12 is peaceful and affordable. I work in sales and travel a lot, so the highway access is useful. No metro nearby, which makes it tough sometimes.

I shifted to Sector 12 area a year ago. The area has all the things needed for a family. My son goes to school just 10 minutes from our place. There are good hospitals and chemists nearby. Markets are always busy, but that’s convenient too. Parking is a bit of a problem.

I visited my school friend after many years — she lives in Sector 12. Her neighborhood felt lively, lots of kids playing outside, and families going about their day. We went for a walk to a nearby park. It’s not fancy, but has a grounded vibe. Felt like a proper community space.

Gurgaon is new for me. Sector 12 looked busy, but also comfortable. Life looks fast, but people seem helpful. If I invest here, I’ll get everything close by—banks, shops, clinics. Just hope the roads improve.

Sector 12 is developing slowly. Found a nice flat in my budget. Grocery stores and local food stalls are good. Public transport is okay but not great.

I was scouting flats in Sector 12 for a client. The area has mostly older constructions, but good road access and nearby schools. It's not modern, but you get space and decent rent. Bit of a mix – some parts feel outdated, others are being upgraded.

I bought a builder floor here and gave it on rent. Demand is decent due to nearby companies and easy highway access. Sector is fully developed. But the streets can get dusty.

You can find shops, clinics, and small eateries without much effort. Public transport is decent, though it slows down at night. The environment is friendly and safe for families.

People enjoy the accessibility and the homely feel. Parking can be tight in some stretches, yet ownership is largely smooth.
