There are several IT parks in and around Sector 137. This is the neighbourhood is preferred by corporate employees. I can reach my office at KPMG in under 10 minutes. The Sector 137 Metro Station on the Aqua Line is a game-changer for connectivity.

I invested here due to its unbeatable connectivity. It is adjacent to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and has its own metro station. The future growth potential is immense.

We rented a 3BHK in Exotica Fresco. It is a great sector for families, with excellent schools like Genesis Global School nearby. The societies are full of green spaces and have dedicated play areas for children.

We love the modern lifestyle, the security, and the community of young families and professionals in Sector 137.

The best part about this sector is the dedicated dog park. It's a fantastic facility for pet owners like me. But, the metro stations can get very crowded, and the last-mile connectivity from the station needs improvement.
