It’s perfect for investors looking for stability. The area’s infrastructure is strong, and property prices rise steadily. It’s not a high-risk zone, but more of a safe, long-term bet.

HUDA City Centre is nearby and so is my office. The rent is higher and traffic is also high and there is too much noise. I stay here because of the proximity to my office.

I always have tenants and most of them are here for many years. One of the main reason is becuase our area is near various offices.

The connectivity to major business hubs and metro access keep it in high demand. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and tenants are easy to find.

sector 44 is a posh area..i love the vibrant surroundings and how close it is to literally everything from office to malls to temples..

High on rent..but it's pretty comfortable overall. Roads are wide, and it’s way less noisy than most Gurgaon areas. You’ve got Leisure Valley Park nearby, which is great for walks.
