We chose Sector 53 because it is close to both my office and my kid’s school. The area is well-developed, with wide roads and proper lighting. Groceries, cafes, and pharmacies are nearby.
I bought a flat in Sector 53 for 6 years. Location is perfect - Golf Course Road is close, and the metro station is within walking distance. But internal roads need repairs. They get bumpy after rain.
