I have grown up here and I live this place. The area is a bit polluted and unclean through.

Despite it being a well connected locality getting food delievered ist very tough.

I invested here due to proximity to IT and industrial hubs and the returns are slow. I am just planning to sell it and invest somewhere else.

There is a lot of noise here and if you are working from home, it would get quite irritating.

I own a plot here, and while appreciation is steady, it feels like a long-term play.
