Sector 92 is a peaceful locality with decent public transport options. However, there is no metro nearby, so I rely on cabs. There are good schools and clinics nearby, which is great for families. The area is safe, and the rent is affordable compared to other parts of Gurgaon.

I've been living here for a while. There are good hospitals and clinics nearby and public transport is also okay but the area is not very safe to live alone as petty crimes have been noticed.

I have noticed a consistent rental demand over here. The area is clean and well-maintained with decent connectivity. There are basic amenities like schools, hospitals nearby as well. You also get local supermarkets within a short distance.

As an investor, Sector 92 has been rewarding. The property prices have risen by 39.59% in the past year, making it a profitable venture. The area is developing rapidly with good infrastructure and connectivity as well

Living here is comfortable. The roads are wide, and there are markets within 1 km. However, the metro is not close, so commuting can be a hassle.

Sector 92 has many great apartments and societies from reputed builders. The connectivity is weak though. lack of metro means you have to rely on cabs, autos or your own vehciles.

The nightlife is limited here. the area has just big apartments and gated complexes. there are basic amenities like local shops and schools nearby but for hangout spots, you usually need to go a bit farther
