I have rented a 2 BHK in Ruby Nest at Rs.14,000 per month, and I find the flat spacious and well-ventilated. Chromepet Railway Station is just 4 km away, and buses stop at the entrance. The area is generally clean and quiet, though occasional traffic noise can be annoying.

I have a 2 BHK property in Indira Nagar, and it's a safe and pretty neighboorhood. Residential buildings here are well-maintained, but lack of green spaces is what I find drawback as it feels very hot and congested at times. There's a park nearby called Malleswari Nagar park, but that's very small and crowded.

We live near the Madambakkam Main road, and the connectivity is great, especially to public transport. City buses run frequently from the Agaram road, and the neighborhood is friendly and peaceful.

I have recently moved to a 1 BHK here, as it's close to my office. The rent is cheap too, with basic amenities close by. Local markets and marts make grocery runs convenient, but I really wish there were more dining and cafe options here.

I visited my friend here for a dinner party, and the area seemed well-maintained and vibrant. But internal roads were crammed and congested, which was uncomfortable to get through. I guess it also needs proper waste management too. Also, we struggled to find a parking space too.
