This is a great place if you work in Gachibowli or Banjara Hills. The daily commute is easy but the traffic during peak hours near Tolichowki can get frustrating.

The area has access to everything like schools, hospitals, malls, etc. Though power cuts aren’t frequent, but drainage during rains is so bad.

There’s no shortage of shops here. Apart from that, the roads are in bad shape and dangeroous. Last week there was two accidents becuase of the potholes covered by water.

I’ve had tenants here without a gap for years now. This kind of occupancy is very hard to ignore. The growth here might not be explosive, but it’s dependable.

I see this area as a balanced investment with reliable rental income and good long term value. The location near major commercial zones works strongly in its favor.

This locality works well for families because schools, hospitals, and supermarkets are nearby. The surroundings feel active and practical.
