As an investor, I have seen that property resale takes time. There are interested buyers, but they negotiate too much due to low demand.

Living in Sholinganallur is peaceful. Good roads, markets, and proximity to Akurdi railway station make daily life convenient. Rents are reasonable too so I am happy living here

Several types of properties are available here for renting and the locality is safe with well-built roads but OMR gets congested during peak hours almost daily

I bought an apartment here five years ago, and property value has appreciated well. I even find tenants very easily here.

Bought an apartment in 2018. Value increased by 25%. Society has a strong resident association and maintenance is well-managed.

I found here affordable 2BHK options with decent amenities. Commute to tech parks is smooth. However, traffic during peak hours can get frustrating.

My tenants prefer this location for its affordability, but they often complain about the lack of nightlife and entertainment hubs.
