This is an old neighborhood where many families have lived for decades. I’ve rented my upper floor to a small family and the rent adds nicely to my income. But the area is a bit excluded and there's waterlogging issues too. Roads are in bad shape.

it's an affordanle area but one thing I struggle with is cleanliness. There are open drains and garbage piles still common in lanes. The municipal work is irregular and frustrating.

The area is close to my office but safety wise, it's not great. I avoid stepping out after 9 pm as streets become deserted and several crimes have been reported too. If you live in gated apartment, then it's fine otherwise, it's unsafe.

Price appreciation is good in this area. I bought a plot here and built our house in 2019. Rental demand isn't great but it works fine. I am expecting it will develop more in the future with nearby metro expansion and more social amenities. Right now, there's no high-end malls and social life is limited

Good for short term stays. I stayed here for a year and though I liked the peaceful environment, I was frustrated by the congested lanes and lack of public transport.
