As compared to central Chennai, Valasaravakkam offers more affordable rental options and it's also well-connected to prime areas via metro and public transport. Everything is close by too - local markets, hospitals, schools.

The locality is not very modern or trendy but it has basic amenities nearby. I have faced occassional water supply issues here, and during monsoon, it gets difficult to travel due to water logging.

I bought a 2 BHK here in 2021, and the property has shown steady growth over the last three years. It has risen by 17% and the infrastructure is developing so the returns on investment are high too.

It's a family friendly neighborhood. Property prices are low as compared to Central Chennai.Also, the connectivity is excellent via Arcot Road and metro station.

I visited the Velveeswarar Temple here with my family, and found the surrounding peaceful and well-maintained. The metro connectivity is really good but the road gets too crowded during sundays.

It is a well-developed residential area known for good schools, hospitals, and shopping facilities. Families like the convenient location and peaceful streets, though traffic can be heavy on main roads.

The lively and convenient with restaurants, shops, and easy access to nearby areas. It has a balanced residential and commercial atmosphere.
