Investment in Zakhira is safe for rental income. I don't expect high appreciation unless area redevelopment happens but I am sure that in the long-term, I will get ROI out of my investment here.

Zakhira offers budget-friendly rentals, especially for working professionals like me. The railway station and bus access make commuting easier, but traffic and noise are constant issues. Overall its a good locality and I am happy living here

I bought a small plot 5 years ago and have noticed that property prices have steadily increased due to location. The area is best for rental returns so I am planning to constrcut a house and give it on rent soon.

Last month I visited a friend here. The area is extremely crowded but very connected by road and train. Not touristy or scenic, but functional. To be honest, I feel its not my type and will try not to stay here for a long term ever
