hello ??, i am an employee in Infosys currently i am staying alone ,and I am looking for a flatmate. i will be in the room for 2.5 to 3 weeks as for me 12 days only working from the office in a month,the rest of the days I will go to my home town . as of now it's unfurnished and i am willing to make it furnished it has to be shared by both of us . 1)AC 2) WASHING MACHINE 3) REFREGERATOR For these 3 we have to pay approximately 3400 as rent per month ,I am happy to take it if you agree on the sharing . coming to House details it's 1bhk which has a medium kitchen, a big hall , and a bed bedroom with an attached bathroom , The building has a ground floor and 1st floor, at 1st floor 2 flats are there 1 i am staying another one is occupied by family . owners will stay at the ground floor. there is no issue with owner's in any aspect, bore water and corporation water both is there . and coming to my habits i won't smoke / drink , i will eat NON-VEG Occassionally .
