conditions which I follow..
1)Agreement type will be leave and llicense agreement registered with standard terms and conditions.vwe will bear 50/50 cost for it.
2) 11 months agreement and every year renew with 8% increase rent.
3) Expected rent is 27000 with 3 months rent as security deposit which is refundable
4) No drilling and and repair work is allowed in walls if any repairs needed you can align with me and then we can decide is allow.
5) 2 months notice can be given by either parties for termination of agreement.
6) Security deposit will return after following month after termination of agreement.
7) Copy of police verification needed once move to apartment within week.
8) Company 3 months salary slip needed from husband and wife if both are working.
9) Valid I'd proof required from both husband and wife.
10) Also I need two viteneses who knows you may be relative or friends who live in Pune.
11) Previous house owner contact details required for verification.
12) Police verification and rent agrement needs to be submitted to society ofc in one week of move.
13) During tenancy small things or some repairs needed regarding light or small small things is expected to be manageable by tenant .
14) After move you will get one week time if something is not working or requires fix you can make fix and we will deduct that cost in rent but after that week you have to manage and do small fixes if required.
15) During movement inventory can be done to make list of items and check if everything is working and photo can be taken so then that will be used during termination of agreement.
16) Once in year my mother or family members can visit property by prior notice .
My expectations is I am.looking for tenant who can manage small small things on his own and manage home Like their home.
I always give apartment for working people and people who avoid non veg .
