The flat itself is bright and airy with lots of storage place in lofts above both toilets. There are basically 3 flower beds in both bedrooms and living room that can be used as garden areas to place plant pots and flowers if gardening is your hobby or just to place chairs and sit outside, though quite deep and not for the elderly. The flat is almost fully furnished with fridge, a/c, water cooler, a huge wardrobe in one bedroom and an almirah in the other bedroom as well as a showcase and shoe rack. There are also two beds, one big double and one single bed in each bedroom. The building has a big compound all around for children to play and parking is available in the compound for one family car. we also have CCTV and 24 hour security in the building so it's very safe for kids, adults and the elderly. Being abroad most of the year, there will be no interference or disturbance from me like you would if you had a local landlord so I'd expect you to look after the place as if it was your own. The neighbours and Committee members are very friendly and helpful and the colony people themselves are the most peaceful loving community ever. All in all, you'll never regret your stay here.
