2 BHK Flat In Urbanrise Revolution One For Sale In Padur

Hey, we're selling our 2 bedroom house that's still being built. We bought it 7-8 months ago and have been paying the pre EMI option. Since we're moving out of Chennai, we've decided to sell it. We bought it for 38 lakhs and the current selling price from the builder is 45 lakhs. We're selling it for the same price. So far, we've paid around 4 lakhs and the rest is covered by a loan. The monthly payment is 22k and we get a refund of 18-19k in the middle or end of the month. The house will be ready for handover in December 2024.
