Apart from one private room of 200 square feet, you can also access free shared reception area of 200 suare feet fully furnished with sofa set to accompany your guests and clients. Also one MD meeting room is also available for shared free access which you can utilize for any meetings whenever necessary. In MD meeting room, we also have full studio setup with green screen, light and mics so you can do some shoots as well. We are charging only the private 200 square feet area which can accomodate 8 people. The MD room and reception area will be shared space and it will be free of cost. The advance amount and rent amount is negotiable. Cleaning, water and other mainatanence charges are included in the rent.
