Hi All, ??Immediately available ?? #Nobroker #Nobrokerage We are looking for 2 people (As PG) for hall occupancy for our flat in Versova near Masan Devi temple, 3 minutes walking distance from Versova Bus Stop. It?s a 1BHK and bedroom is occupied by me . Working professionals and people who like to keep their space clean are preferred. The flat is newly renovated and is on 5th floor without lift. Rent per head is 6,500/- including gas and electricity bill 1 month rent plus 1 month month deposit to be paid in advance. PS: We don?t mind if you are a smoker but there is No smoking allowed inside the house.
