it's fully furnished house with 2 ac 2 western washroom,cozy beds cupboard washing machin fridge , microwave,geyser, no smokers drinkers party animals no gamers .those who snore,or those who just like the house to be clear but dont keep it clean thenselves such guys stay away.keep it like your own home.i need like minded chilled but deciplined people.who pay rent on time .clean their mess .its not a typical pg where boys **** around naked showing their gross body hair.so be civilised with good bathroom manners.no parents relatives allowed local friends can visit but no overnight stays.m chilled out owner untill u provoke me eose m oretty strickt about my rules.no nonsense will be tolerated.if you just keep the house clean initially and later on be lazy about it you wil be given a notice to vacate,folding your bedsheet once you get up everyday doesn't make you an organised person tre are so many other things too which will be observed.
