Address is Sagar Apartments, flat no. 9, ground floor, plot no. 906, Deccan Gymkhana, new Gupte hospital lane, opposite MSEB Complaint Center, Pune 411004. At present, all 4 cots are FILLED in both rooms till 30th June, 2024. ONLY ONE cot will be available in the single cot room from 8th July, 2024. COMPULSORY staying term is for ONE YEAR till 30th JUNE, 2025. NO REFUNDS of balance Rent or Deposit will be given if staying term is NOT completed till 30th June, 2025. Monthly rent of 3-cot sharing big room is Rs. 4,000 each. Deposit is Rs. 4,000 each. Rent of single cot room is Rs. 4,200. Deposit is Rs. 4,200. Cooking gas is provided ONLY for BREAKFAST (tea, coffee). NO COOKING ALLOWED. Tiffin wallas are available. Facilities given are beds (without mattresses, pillows & bedsheets), tables, chairs, cupboards, cooking gas stove (ONLY for breakfast), gas-geyser, fans & a small fridge.
