I am looking for female flatmates for a 2BHK apartment, which includes shared bathroom facilities but private single rooms. The apartment features two rooms, one bathroom, a hall, and a kitchen, all in semi-furnished condition with tube lights and fans in every room, a large wardrobe, and a geyser in the bathroom. There is a gas connection with a gas stove and a water purifier installed for drinking water. Preference will be given to females under 25 years old, whether students or working professionals. Non-vegetarian food cannot be prepared in the kitchen, but ordering and consuming it is allowed without any restrictions. As this is a family apartment, boys are strictly not allowed. There is ample parking space for bikes or scooters. The gated society has a security guard at the main entrance 24/7. The apartment is more than 10 years old and does not have a lift, but this is not an issue as the apartment is on the 1st floor, conveniently located near the stairs.
