House is furnished with washing machine, fridge , cot , mattress , tv , sofa , geyser , wardrobes etc. 15k rent including maintenance. Maintenance includes Outside cleaning ,lift charges ,water bill. Other extra charges: in house cleaning , in house electricity , wifi . You will have entire guest bedroom for urself and also the common bathroom for urself , as we are using the master bedroom with attached bathroom .
