Hello! Looking for a female flatmate to move in to our #fullyfurnished 3BHK apartment located near Cooke Town, Maruti Sevanagar. The house is walking distance from Orion East Mall (Ideal for someone working in #CentralBangalore - #MGRoad #InfantryRoad #CunninghamRoad #UBCity #Indiranagar #Ulsoor etc.) Available from 1st February, 2025. The room available has a window offering ample light and a separate bathroom, sufficient storage space- inbuilt cupboards, top storage, a dresser unit and bed cot. The rest of the room's furniture will be taken. The furnishings in the house include a kitchen setup - utensils, stove with gas connection and other random appliances to stir up something fun; hall setup - sofa set, centre tables, shoe racks, dining table etc. The washing machine and fridge are on rent and will be split equally 3 ways. The rest of the furnishings belong to the owner and need to be treated and cared for as your own. The building has 24x7 security. We also have one covered large parking space. Refundable Deposit is INR 64,000 per head. Monthly rent currently is INR 37,400/- to be divided by the 3 (INR 12,467 each). Please note, the agreement will be renewed end of February 2025, and there usually is a 5% increase. The renewed rent from March 2025 will be INR 39,270.
