You also get unrestricted access to the roof :) There are a couple of gyms nearby (Cult, Volt, etc.), and 12th main, 100ft. Road are both at a 5 mins walking distance. Really no need to ever walk for more than 10 mins for anything. Expenses: Your share of the rent would be 20.5k, deposit is 87.5k, no brokerage.
