Prospective tenants MUST be dog lovers and should be able to adhere to basic rules of dog care (no leaving food in open, no feeding without permission, can't leave front door open, etc) -------There are total 3 rooms available.. Large bedroom with attached bathroom for 15k, med. bedroom with just outside bathroom for 11k and small bedroom with attached bathroom for 9k DEPOSIT (refundable minus damages) - 3 months of rent Security+Cleaning Deposit (non-refundable) - half month of rent RENT must be paid at the beginning of the month (on the 1st). we can pro-rate the rent if you start the lease late, but that is the only exception. if you leave before the month is over, the full rent of the running month is still due. LOCK-IN period - 3 months of residency is the bare minimum expected. If by any chance you have to leave earlier, AND you can find a suitable replacement for yourself, then we can work out a compromise. but no promises there.
