What is NBcash?
NBcash is a loyalty balance given by NoBroker to enable our customers to book Home Services at the lowest price. If you have balance in your NBcash wallet, you can use it to get extra discount on the service you want to book.
How do I earn NBcash?
Customers always earn NBcash while booking a Home Service which will be credited on service completion. Apart from this, customers can earn NBcash through loyalty campaigns run by NoBroker. Exact amount of NBcash to be earned will be displayed on checkout page before you make a payment.
How do I earn a Scratch Card or MysteryBox?
You can earn either a Scratch Card or Mystery Box on making a successful rent payment. You may receive an NBCash or CashBack reward (or a Better Luck Next Time) on a scratch card and will receive a partner coupon offer with a Mystery Box. Each reward will have some expiry associated with them such that you need to claim and/or redeem before completion of that period.
How do I use NBcash?
Customers can use NBcash to avail special discounts on making payment for Home Services. Exact redemption amount will be shown to you on the checkout page while making the final payment of a Home Service. If payment for a service in parts, the complete NBcash discount will be applied in the final payment.
If you have successfully referred someone for rent payment and earned NBcash, you will be able to use NBcash to get a discount on your next rent payment before the reward expires.
If you are an Owners Club member, you can use the NBcash to avail discounts for Home Services and Subscription plans, based on your Owner Club tier status.

When does NBcash expire?
You can check expiry for different NBcash amounts earned in your My Recent Transactions summary on https://www.nobroker.in/wallet page.
Discount Offers for HomeService have different expiry and you can use your NBcash to avail discount for a HomeService subject to the best offer available.
