Raj Nagar has always been one of the better residential areas in Ghaziabad. Good civic amenities, wide roads, and proximity to RDC keep the locality attractive for homeowners.

I visited for a family function and found the neighbourhood organised and easy to navigate. The roads were wide, though traffic increased near Meerut Road during the evening.

Property prices are higher in Block 12 than surrounding localities, but demand remains consistent because of the area's reputation, infrastructure, and connectivity to employment hubs.

I rarely have to travel far for daily essentials because everything is available nearby. Parking can sometimes be difficult during weekends, but overall the locality is convenient.

Gaur Central Mall and nearby restaurants make the area lively. Despite being close to commercial roads, the residential streets remain comparatively peaceful.

Block 12 has retained its appeal over the years because of its planned layout and reliable infrastructure. It remains a preferred address for buyers looking for a well-established neighbourhood.
