Block A is a nice and safe area..not many gated societies here..but connectivity to metro and vivek vihar station is good

we have good schools around. my kids go to platinum valley which is like 5 mins away..also there are gyms, parks, cafes and public transport close too

The road conditions inside Chander Nagar are honestly pathetic. The local authorities rarely patch up the inner lanes of Block A...

Safety is okayish.. the streets are dimly lit at night so I do not feel very comfortable walking back late from the metro.

growth here is slow because the area is already saturated. There is no vacant land for new projects, so you are buying into resale property.
