Hoodi Reviews and Ratings (12 Reviews)
Living in Hoodi is great. Metro access, IT hubs, and malls make life super convenient. Traffic is still manageable, but yes, at times, it can be really time-consuming.
Left the locality within two months. Power cuts happen too often, making it hard to work from home. The electricity supply needs to be more reliable.
The locality is growing rapidly, but commercial spaces are taking over, making it feel less residential.
Living with family here for almost a decade and even have given the ground floor on rent. Finding tenants are easy here because of the area's conectivity and proximity to IT hubs.
The location is perfect for working professionals. Good connectivity, but peak-hour traffic is still frustrating.
Lots of upcoming development in the locality. Already quite crowded though.
The metro station makes commuting easy, and there are plenty of restaurants. Noise levels is my lane is very high from the ongoing constructions and this has made our lives hell. Especially for me as I have work from home.
I find it easy to rent out my flat here because of its proximity to major offices. Maintenance is simple, and tenants usually stay long.
There is a major dog issue near my house and I don't see anyone coming forward to solve this. The NGO people has made our lives very bad as they jump at us when we try to get rid of the dogs. A few people in the area has also been bitten by these dogs.
Property ownership here feels safe here and the infrastructure is growing and the connectivity is excellent. Sometimes the traffic can be overwhelming, especially near Phoenix Mall.
Hoodi is a hub for professionals, which makes it a dependable investment zone. The rental yield is good, though property prices are climbing fast.
The locality is good. I love the metro connectivity, but the area lacks parks and green spaces for relaxation.
