Krishna Vihar Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
Been staying here for 8 months now. The colony is mostly residential and quiet. Rent fits my budget. There’s a gym nearby, and some decent food joints. Public transport is limited though, so I use my scooty for daily travel. Feels safe as a single woman, which is important for me.
We bought a small flat in Krishna Vihar for investment purpose. Prices were reasonable and locality has stable demand. Not a high-return area, but rent flows regularly. Mostly families and working professionals prefer it. Infrastructure is slowly catching up.
I live in Noida but we rent our Krishna Vihar flat to a small family. They’ve been staying for over a year, and no complaints. Maintenance is okay, and the local RWA is active. As a landlord, I haven’t faced much trouble. Tenants usually stay longer here.
Krishna Vihar is okay for staying if you’re working around Raj Nagar Extension. My flat is 2BHK, spacious, and rent is decent. Roads have improved over the years. Not much nightlife, but family-friendly area. There’s a school nearby too, which helps. Weekend traffic can be annoying sometimes.
Visited my cousin in Krishna Vihar for a weekend. The locality is mostly residential and calm. Local market was small but had all daily stuff. Lanes were clean, and people looked helpful. Not too many public parks though. Overall, nice middle-class area.
Bought a 1BHK here in 2021 for rental income. Found a tenant in two weeks. Locality is calm, mostly residential. Still upcoming in terms of development, but basic facilities are present. Not suitable for luxury buyers, but good for budget investment.
