I joined IMT Ghaziabad last year and found a PG in Raj Nagar for Rs. 8,500 per month. Buses on NH-58 take me directly to campus and the area’s roadside eateries serve chai and snacks till late-night. But some lanes have potholes which slow my early commute. Still, affordable rent and campus proximity make Raj Nagar my favourite city home.

We rented a 2 BHK in a quiet society in Raj Nagar. Supermarkets like Reliance Smart Point are just two blocks away. Yet, rising traffic on NH-58 is sometimes concerning while commutig. Despite such minor issues, the roads are wide and clean which make our evening strolls together very enjoyable.

I visited KW Delhi 6 Mall once and liked the area. The mall itself had so many branded outlets, and the streets are wide and looked clean. Parking took ten minutes, and security screening was quick too. The area became suddenly crowded after 6 pm but overall, the shopping experience was fun.

My partner and I bought a 3 BHK here, and it's been a rewarding experience in Raj Nagar. It's definitely one of the affordable areas in Ghaziabad, with all essential facilities nearby. There are small cafes and tea stalls in every lane, which reduces our online order a lot. Iskcon temple is also just around the corner, and there are a few parks nearby too.

I have a 1 BHK property here, and since I live in Dubai, my local manager handles all tenant screening and rent collection. The demand is very high and keeps increasing due to metro connectivity and road expansion. Commercial developments are happening too, which can increase the overall value of the property in coming years.

Raj Nagar is a well developed area. It has many mid rise apartment projects and also independent floors. Maintainence is affordable than Noida although I feel the municipal services are sometimes patchy

It is a typical middle-class suburb. Friendly people, close to markets but not very premium or flashy. But it has little to no nightlife so you have to do to indirapuram or vaishali

Most societies here have a good upkeep. Rent is fine but not too expensive. I work in sahibabad so daily commute is manageable without metro. It has fewer malls but overall environment feels safe and livable

Raj Nagar has gradual appreciation and it's a low risk investment. The area has good roads and transport links. Resale can take a bit longer but rental yield is stable. The traffic is a bit hassle

Living here feels safe. Societies have good security systems. My apartment is close to iskcon temple and many parks so it is green and peaceful
