The area is quite peaceful despite being near the city. Not a place for luxury living, but good infrastructure is coming up slowly. I don’t regret settling here

Earlier it was more underdeveloped, but now we have supermarkets, clinics, and better connectivity.

Rental demand is steady due to nearby industrial and commercial spaces. It’s a good semi-residential area with long-term potential not for quick returns.

For the rent we pay, it’s value for money. There's decent safety and many families around. There's still lack of a vibrant atmosphere. It gets very dark after 9 pm. No nightlife

I come here often for work-related visits. Traffic isn’t too bad here, unless you hit the Outer Ring Road during peak hours.

Renting here has been comfortable because of low noise and less crowd. The air feels cleaner than main road areas but medical facilities are not very close which can be inconvenient.

Living in Lakshmi Devi Nagar Kaveri Nagar feels peaceful compared to busier parts of the city. Daily essentials are close and neighbors are helpful.
