Nagawara is easily accessible place where everything is close by - malls restaurants. Public transport facility is good as a retired person there are lot of parks available to feel fresh. Neighbors are really good and they provide friendly environment but the only problem is road there are many potholes. overall i feel happy to stay in this area

It’s a convenient place to own a house if you work in North Bangalore. But greenery is limited, and open spaces are hard to come by.

Water and power supply are generally reliable. But the roads near back lanes are uneven and could use better maintenance.

Rent is still affordable here compared to other areas but there is lots of noise from nearby roads and junctions.

I’ve had no trouble finding tenants, especially bachelors or working couples. The area isn't posh, but it has solid fundamentals.

The area provides easy access to Manyata Tech Park. But if you're relying on public transport, options feel limited and inconsistent.
