I invested in a flat here a few years back. The area is developing with new commercial spaces coming up. It’s close to the metro, which boosts property demand. A good long-term investment in Hyderabad’s real estate market.

We’ve stayed here for over a decade. The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbors. Roads are clean and well-lit. The only issue is parking during weekends, but otherwise, it’s a great place to live.

Padmarao Nagar is a lively place with lots of shops and eateries nearby. Public transport is good, and the roads are generally well maintained. I enjoy evening walks in the nearby parks. Rent is a bit on the higher side but worth it for the convenience.

Our rental property is popular with IT professionals and small families. Padmarao Nagar offers all essential facilities close by. Public transport is convenient, and the area is safe, which tenants appreciate.

The neighborhood is clean and green with nice trees along the streets. Local markets have fresh vegetables and daily essentials. The public transport options are decent, but sometimes autos get expensive. It’s peaceful and friendly here.

The locality is quiet and safe, making it attractive for tenants. Infrastructure is good, and hospitals and schools are nearby. The price appreciation has been gradual but steady, which is reassuring.

Spent a weekend in Padmarao Nagar and found it peaceful and well-maintained. The community seemed friendly, and the roads were in good condition. Ideal for anyone wanting a quiet but accessible place to stay.

The area is very walkable. temples, cafes, shops are alll around. streets are good. but parking in public is a nightmare honestly

Mylapore is one of those places where once you stay, you will not want to move out. its so cosy and comfortable. but honestly, the maintainence of old houses is costly and since plots are narrow, its somehwta hard to upgrade properties

The area feels peaceful and especially if you live close to the kapaleeshwarar temple. its even quieter. But it can get crowded during festivals. and flats are expensive

Mylapore has high rental demand from families and office people. This keeps rental income steady but hard to find larger and modern units here. its more of a traditional place

Its a cultural hotspot. there are sabhas, music festivals, events, etc. Mylapore is actually a nice area if you love the old madras vibe. But it doesnt have too many modern flats or even cafes or recreational spots
