West Marredpally is very well connected. the metro is literally 10 mins from here. the lanes are quiet and pleasant. But make sure you choose a new building because some older buildings have water supply and pressure issues

The neighborhood feels settled. There's everything within walking distance. We live in the LIC colony and there's a church nearby and JBS bus stand is also walkable.

This area is great for all kinds people. students, families, young professionals. there re renowned colleges and hospitals nearby. IT parks are not far either. it's a good place to settle down or even rent

West Marredpally works for me because commute is manageable to both Secunderabad and Hitec IT zones. But some lanes are very narrow and when there’s rain the drainage seems to struggle in a few parts.
