I moved to this area about 10 years ago, and since then, the infrastructure and bus connectivity have improved a lot. There are now plenty of restaurants and malls around. Finding an apartment or individual house here is quite challenging due to demand. Bus and train services are frequent, with buses available every 15 minutes. Though the roads are a bit narrow, traffic is still better compared to Central Chennai.

The area has calm roads, a bit of green area, and a homely that feels inviting.

Easy reach to railway station it is close to Perambur station and connectivity is quite good. With all amentities like schools, gyms, parks and supermarkets are here.

Periyar Nagar is mainly a residential area with basic facilities like schools, shops, and hospitals close by, offering a simple and suitable way of life.

A safe and family-place neighbourhood where homes are generally in secure demand.

Property prices are reasonable, and with balanced growth, it seems like a safe choice for the long term.
